The day's event Lichtblick is a day's place for people with mental illness and disability, it is part of the outpatient community psychiatric care. The day-to-day event is a low-swell offer for those affected to support, stabilise and participate in social life. The offers of the daycare are voluntary.

Your tasks:

• In the day-to-day event, they are responsible for the care of visitors, as well as the planning, design and implementation of day-structuring measures.
• If necessary, you will advise visitors, act as contact persons and communicate to other specialist services.

Your profile:

• Ideally, you could already gain experience in dealing with mentally ill people.

They have

• Patience and the ability to listen actively.
• They maintain an appraisal approach to eye height, are able to work in a balancing and connecting manner.
• They understand bringing people into contact with each other.
