IT Application Analyst SAP HCM (m/w/d)

Our HCM team consists of 9 dedicated people who are distinguished by their high reliability and helpfulness. We are looking for an environment in which self-responsible work is raised with simultaneous mutual support. You take the following activities: You support the HR department at home and abroad in existing HCM systems. In the SAP HCM team, you work in implementing group-wide HR IT projects, in particular in the field of time management and payroll. You actively shape the continuous development of our hybrid SAP HCM environment (global SAP HCM system and SAP SuccessFactors) and the digital transformation of all HR processes. You accompany and control SAP HCM projects for the migration of time tracking and payroll (ECP) to SAP SuccessFactors.

For this versatile function you bring the following characteristics and knowledge: Successfully completed studies of (economic) computer science, IT vocational training or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional and project experience in the SAP HCM environment, in particular in the fields of time management and/or payroll Ideally experience in SuccessFactors (Customizing, Interface to On-Premise) Knowledge of personal business processes and joy in cooperation with various HR areas You are characterized by an analytical way of thinking, team skills and communication in German (Level C1) and English (Level B2)
