The group is a leading global manufacturer of industrial fittings, drives and automation technology. With a wide range of products – flaps, control/control elements, plate sliders, drive technology etc. – customers can offer customized solutions for almost any individual case – approx. 80% are special solutions. It is produced in single, small series to series production. The manufacturing depth is very high>90 %, the export share is around 70%. The products are used in a variety of industries: food/drink, paper and pharmaceutical industry, heating and cooling water systems, chemistry, abrasive bulk materials, water, waste water, hydrogen production etc. We are looking for you as soon as possible to enter the company headquarters in the middle of North Rhine-Westphalia CTO / International Technical Manager (m/w/d) Industrial fittings, drives and automation technology

Head of 6 production sites with a total of> 500 employees in Germany, Sweden, Italy, Thailand and 2 x in China Head of development with around 60 employees mainly in Germany Drivers of Innovation in the Group of Companies Maintaining strong customer focus and maintaining high flexibility in implementing customer requests Optimization and digitization of processes and regulations Introduction of a uniform assembly concept and 5S at all locations Automation of CNC manufacturing and logistics Compliance with HSEQ Rules Expansion of internal training Strengthening the team spirit in the different areas and interdisciplinary cooperation in the group Report path directly to managing shareholders

Successfully completed technical higher education, with an MBA At least 10 years of professional and leadership experience with subordinate departments, ideally in an international environment and/or with experience abroad Experience in a professionally managed company of industrial fittings, apparatus, pumping, plant, mechanical engineering or metal processing, ideally with a wide variety of different materials that are linked to a product Successful development in production/production, as well as additional experience in production technology, research & development (construction), supply chain management and/or quality management Experience in the design and implementation of systematic change and improvement processes in product quality, process quality and efficiency as well as transparency Experience with technically oriented customer contacts Negotiating English, any other foreign language desirable readiness to travel Combination of analytical and strategic competence and conceptual understanding combined with the ability to intensify overall and holistic beyond its own immediate competence seniority, graduality, ground-based persistence, backbone and sustainable enforcement in setting and following topics as well as in the content savings ring Uneitel, uncomplicated, authentic, with soil adhesion, empathy and pronounced emotional intelligence, capable of withdrawing itself for the cause Very high identification with and loyalty to the company, employees and tasks Ready and capable not only to initiate or delegate issues, but also to personally provide detailed work, to put things to the ground and to develop and implement pragmatic solutions In a position to reflect own boundaries
