  • Contact person for questions relating to wage billing, timing and personnel management
  • Correspondence with participating stakeholders (sickness funds, tax credits, customers, etc.)
  • System-side processing of entry and exits as well as maintenance of personal master data
  • General administrative tasks (e.g. file care, fleet management, technical operations)
  • Creation, testing and consolidation of initial invoices (debitors)
  • Processing and booking of invoices (Creditors)
  • Handling of payment transactions and dunning

You're bringing:

  • A completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in personnel or accounting
  • First professional experience in the staff service or in the bookkeeping sector – also for cross-comers with a high level of readiness
  • Secure handling of MS Office; Experience with Zvoove or comparable systems is advantageous
