You... develops and designs plastic parts for vehicle components such as door panels, brake components, lighting systems and spoiler systems work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to develop and implement efficient design solutions ensure that all designs are optimized with regard to performance, weight, durability and costs coordinates test plans, validations and conducts detailed analyses of materials and manufacturing processes uses CAD software (e.g. CATIA V5/V6) for modeling and system integration of components work on production planning, tune with production and ensure the quality of the components are responsible for the preparation of technical documentation, including GD&T and project management
