To support our team in the Human Resources Development and Care Department, we are looking for you as soon as possible Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in our branch Südbayern in Munich.

Support in the care and administration of vocational training and junior staff incl. appointment coordination, communication and correspondence with the trainees and students, training centres, IHK, vocational schools and universities and the relevant departments Participation in the acquisition of trainees and junior staff for the branch Organisation and support of training measures from demand assessment, ordering, administration in KARL (learning management system) to auditing and evaluation Administrative support and cooperation in training, training and personnel development related projects

Completion of professional training, administrative staff, legal staff or a comparable qualification or similar or acquired by professional experience Professional experience in education and training Knowledge of the applicable and applicable directives and laws (including Vocational Training Act, Youth Employment Protection Act (JArbSchG), Working Time Act (ArbZG) Basics of procurement law Good MS-Office knowledge as well as basic knowledge SAP or in a similar commodity management program or learning management system (LMS) Good knowledge of German in word and writing That would be desirable: Class B driving licence to perform indoor and outdoor activities Your personal strengths include: Happy work in the team High resilience, determination and readiness Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent and working Embossed social and communicative competence
