Your tasks

• You'll set standards, standards, SLAs/OLAs and develop our ServiceNow Platform
• You are responsible for trouble-free operation of the environment
• You are responsible for service related documentation
• You process incidents and service requests in 2nd and 3rd level support
• You develop architectural concepts for ServiceNow product and project solutions

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics or comparable training in the IT sector with several years of professional experience
• You have a certification in one or more of the major ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD)
• You will learn about Linux and Database Administration and have experiences with operating processes (ITIL/ITSM)
• You enjoy the optimization of IT environments and great interest in new technologies, great interest in new technologies and live an agile way of working (SCRUM, Kanban)
• You have good communication skills, reliable knowledge of German and English and complete your profile with team skills, independent working and high flexibility
