In a dynamic and growing financial group, the Department of Law, Board Office & Privacy advises the Group companies of the German financial group of the Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale in all legal matters and serves as an interface to foreign companies of the group. The department consists of several specialist groups with currently about 50 employees. Participation in the legal advice of TARGOBANK's business units and companies in close cooperation with our specialist lawyers (w/m/d) Assessment of the legal situation and development of economically and legally sensible solutions in disputed situations Accompanying judicial procedures and participation in overarching projects Examination of contracts and legal participation in the implementation of innovative and digital products Assessment of legislative requirements, regulatory requirements and judicial changes

Completion of the first legal state exam with above-average success The cooperation can be carried out both in the lawyer's and in the electoral station, accompanying promotion, accompanying lectures or during the waiting period to the referendariat Exciting emphasis in previous careers and previous legal training Interest in culture and workflows in an in-house legal area Foreign language skills are of advantage, as well as bankruptcy Safe handling of MS Office programs and legal search databases
