Responsibility for the design, development and integration of complex systems and subsystems including specifications, requirement management and quantity frameworks Technical project management in the context of supply processes, system development and system testing - including planning, appointment tracking and technical acceptances Control and coordination of the system integration process, including fault diagnosis, technical reviews, qualifications (e.g. EMC, environment, functional safety) Technical leadership of the technical development team and coordination of external suppliers and subcontractors Implementation of technical risk management, claim management and reporting to project management and stakeholders Responsibility for technical customer communication: negotiations, presentations and coordination with partners and internal interfaces Creation and control of key technical project documents, decision templates (e.g. Make or Buy), test concepts and system removal

Complete technical studies (e.g. systems engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics) Multiannual experience in a technical department and proven successes in the technical project management of complex systems knowledge of system engineering approach, ideally in safety-critical or mechatronic systems Safe application of project management and system development standards (e.g. V-model, ISO 15288) Intercultural competence and experience in cooperation with international teams and partners English knowledge, especially in the technical context Willingness to travel worldwide and to represent the project with customers and authorities
