You are the first contact for the customer on site and on the phone. Technically and in terms of content, you support the customer in clarifying questions about payment, account service and online banking. You will also relieve our consultants in the case of telephone appointments. You take administrative and organizational topics in the branch. An attractive remuneration awaits you, with an activity of at least 15 hours per week.

You are an immatricated student (m/w/d) of economics, BWL or a comparable degree program. Ideally, you could already gain first practical experience in the financial sector. You are characterized by a high degree of self-initiative, care and solution orientation. In addition, you are conflicting, strong in communication and are happy to work in a team. You can set it up to support the branch at least two afternoons a week.
