Welcome to Allianz Allianz Beratung- und Vertriebs-AG organizes the exclusive distribution of insurance companies for Allianz in Germany. In the legal department, we form the central legal function of Allianz Beratung- und Vertriebs-AG. We advise on basic legal issues related to the distribution of insurance and investment products, accompany relevant regulatory projects and strategic projects. In addition, we are significantly involved in contract management with internal and external product partners as well as with our sales partners. This is what awaits you as a full lawyer in the legal department (m/w/d) Legal advice in shaping our cooperation relations: You take over the independent clarification and processing of complex legal topics and coordinate contract topics in relation to our product partners. Active participation and practical reference: You actively participate in the implementation of strategic projects in our sales organisation and also accompany the practical implementation of your legal advice. Cross-functioning teamwork: You act at the interface to further staff functions of our company and other companies of the Allianz Group, in particular their legal departments, and thus significantly shape cooperation. Coordination and implementation of governance requirements: You are actively working on the implementation and compliance of corporate governance requirements.

This is what you bring as a full lawyer in the Legal Department (m/w/d) Qualification: Two legal State Examina. Experience and knowledge: You have at least first professional experience in legal advice with practical relevance, like in the legal department or staff function of a company. Team spirit and creativity: You enjoy the active design of contractual relations and creative solution finding in interdisciplinary teams. Working method: You work independently, result-oriented and networked. You have very good knowledge of German and English.
