You ideally have a completed professional training or further training You have collected at least 2 years of professional experience in customer service/hotline, customer advice or office/administration You have good knowledge of how to deal with current MS Office applications You have good oral and written expressability and your appearance is binding, friendly and customer-oriented at any time You also keep an overview and fun at work when there is a high call You have certain knowledge of German in word and writing at C1 level
