HR Business Partner - Recruiting / Personnel Development / Employment Law (m/w/d)

We are a globally operating company for mobile measurement technology, DAQ software, engineering services and test bench technology for the automotive industry and for the Aerospace & Turbines sector. You manage and care for personal files, collect master files and handle the creation of work contracts, supplements and testimonials You develop and implement further education programs, advise executives on development issues and promote individual career paths as well as talent management You will find and win the best talents, perform interviews and accompany new colleagues through a smooth onboarding process You are a contact person: for executives and employees on labour law issues, they accompany contracts and offboarding processes – clear, reliable and with fingertip feeling You will find solutions to concerns and conflicts and thus contribute to a positive, value-adding working environment You support strategic HR projects and process optimizations and develop meaningful evaluations and reports that support management in key decisions

You have a degree in the field of business, human resources management, psychology or a comparable qualification, e.g. You have several years of professional experience in a similar HR function, ideally as HR Business Partner (m/w/d) You have profound knowledge of labour law and experience in dealing with labour law issues You have experience in personnel development, recruiting, and change management You draw from an analytical mindset as well as a structured and independent way of working You are strong in communication and have the ability to act on all hierarchy levels and to safely handle HR software and common MS Office applications
