Our team is the language tube between sales and our financial partners: Here you can actively contribute and implement your ideas for optimal building finance products.

You are driving forward the further development of the product collaborations of our lenders – always in close, trusting exchange with our sales. You define self-responsive optimization potentials in the financing offerings and shape the associated processes in dialogue with the supervised lenders. Based on price, product and competitive analyses, you will develop concepts for optimising our product range. You are taxing projects in cooperation with management like e.g. the conception of new products/processes for our digitalization and continuously promotes the further development of an agile way of working.

You have a successfully completed degree (e.g. BWL or Economics) or a completed commercial training in the financial services sector (e.g. bank merchant (m/w/d) with corresponding professional experience.) You have ideally already know-how in the building finance sector and the associated processes. You will be amazed by real estate and you have a high sales, customer and service orientation, which shows in your motivation to develop lenders. You are pleased to convince your internal and external contacts by qualitative and quantitative analyses.
