Description

• As a project manager, you are responsible for a sub-process in customer service in direct cooperation with the business-related areas. As a process expert, you are responsible for the innovative development of an attractive competence and skills management of our service technicians.
• Own responsibility, you give impulses and promote a continuous improvement process based on data-driven evaluations as a Process Expert. Elements of this are strategic competence requirements, hybrid training concepts or regional sales goals.
• They drive your projects forward and are responsible for achieving the goals (time, scope, budget, quality). They define requirements for the applications (eAcademy, CRM system) and implement them in a sustainable manner in the IT system.
• In your function, you will follow the entrepreneurial goals of the Bosch Home Comfort Group, understand the requirements and needs of your company-wide stakeholders and implement them.
• They regularly present control bodies, departmental and departmental management and distribution.

Qualifications

• Training: completed studies in the field of business management, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
• experience and know-how: as a project and/or process expert/process expert; experience in stakeholder management, the management of project teams and the involvement of project sponsors; good process understanding in the area of sales or service and the ability to link process and IT system content; ideally know-how in the use of analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI or comparable tools
