Head of Department Partner & Facility Management Infrastructure (m/w/d) Stellen-ID: 252718

As Head of Department Partner & Facility Management Infrastructure (m/w/d), you are responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of the Core and Access Networks for Mobile, DSL approx. 30,000 locations, and Fixed Cable ca. 500 locations. You keep the budget of Capex & Opex. You are responsible for quality management (maintaining KPI, SLA's, etc.) and internal infrastructure audits. You agree to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with external customers to meet demand. You ensure the result-oriented, economic and high quality performance.

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).

What distinguishes you: A completed technical study in the technical field More than 10 years of professional experience in the field of technical management At least 6 years of experience as leadership and control external service organisations with>500 technicians Communication strong and strong enforcement in both German and English Very pronounced stakeholder management Intensive experience in dealing with disturbances and crisis management Very good knowledge of English (B2 to GER)
