Organisation and control of production processes in terms of time, quality, productivity and costs Ensuring material availability of the procurement components for assembly and production as demand date Optimization stocks/costs and logistics costs controlling, processing and reporting of key figures and planning tools; Monitoring of assembly costs and derivation of cost optimizations Cooperation in product development together with design, standardization and development (Definition load specification / product structure) Implementation of measures for the strategic orientation of production in terms of product diversity/variance and product complexity reduction Cooperation and management of internal and cross-sector projects

Successfully completed technical training as an electronic or mechatronic with further training as a technician/master Extensive job-relevant practical experience/leading experience Very good knowledge of MS Office Good knowledge of SAP Business thinking and acting Comfortable, convincing personality Very good communication and moderation capabilities Good English knowledge of word and writing readiness to travel
