Management of projects for the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) department with the following main topics: Development and design of efficient and effective planning-relevant methods and processes (IBP, Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Escalation processes), including their continuous development

Ensuring an IBP-wide standardization and harmonisation of planning-relevant processes, methods and planning instruments

Building, development and implementation of suitable KPIs and reports for the planning-relevant processes

further projects in the planning environment (e.g. coordination of capacity extensions/adjustments, planning concepts internally and with the customer, concepts in the context of flexibility and buffer strategies)

guide, coach and develop the project team laterally

Control and coordinate project contents, dates and budget keeping, create project plans and represent the key figures relevant to the project

represent the project progress and the project results inward and outward

active cooperation in the design, construction, implementation and continuous development of the IBP, as a basis for continuous management of D&S and capacities through the business (in the context of project management or by supporting ongoing activities)

Support in building and establishing the tracking of sales and sales within the S&OE, S&OP and IBP processes (in the framework of project management or by supporting ongoing activities)
