Milling, machining of aluminium components/ large components of rail vehicles on various 5-axis CNC machining machines Self-mounting of the workpieces with hoists, using suitable aids and in machining position Start the milling process (starting the program if necessary), monitor and optimize the CNC milling process (correct program if necessary) In case of malfunctions in the CNC milling process, follow further procedure with supervisors and correct milling process according to instruction Documenting workflows Preparing the environment and brushing of the CNC machine CNC systems according to requirements Set up and prepare tools and equipment Devices/ clamping systems (e.g. clamping prisms, chuck blocks, setting blocks) according to the workpieces and geometries Set CNC machine according to design and material requirements and select milling programs according to specifications and insert or set corresponding tools Testing of milled aluminium assemblies/large components for production according to specifications Visual control of the assemblies/large components. performing milling documentation in predetermined protocols Elimination of malfunctions/execution of maintenance and maintenance work Disorders at the CNC plant, detect during the workflow and perform or initiate remedial measures (e.g. forward fault descriptions to maintenance) Execute simpler repair work perform maintenance or repair work as required Encourage larger repairs
