To strengthen our team at the headquarters in Berlin-Tempelhof we are looking for you as: Personaladministration (m/w/d)

Staff support: You enter a defined group of employees in all personal matters throughout the entire staff cycle. These include all topics from entry to exit. Personnel administration: You create all personal documents, such as work contracts, certificates, employment certificates, revocations, terminations, etc. You can also get the signatures of the managing directors. Data management: You are planning and updating the master files of the employees and their personal files. Preparatory wage accounting: You prepare the pay bill for our external wage accounting. HR projects: You work on exciting projects in the HR sector, thereby bringing your ideas to the continuous improvement of our processes.

completed commercial training (e.g. personnel specialist, businessman for office management) or a comparable qualification; also cross-learners with corresponding professional experience Knowledge of personnel management and the application of labour law provisions Flexibility, enforcement capacity and service-oriented operation Friendly, communicative and safe occurrence as well as a pronounced social competence Very good MS Office and PC skills, ideally knowledge with the Rexx Personal Management software Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge
