Location: Metropolitan Region Hannover, Braunschweig, Göttingen

They bear the overall responsibility for the strategic, human and economic orientation of IT and report directly to the management. As a manager, you develop and manage a team of around 20 employees and promote a powerful, agile IT organization. With an entrepreneurial perspective, IT is targeted at the business processes and identifies innovative digital solutions that give the company sustainable competitive advantages. They act as a central interface between IT and the specialist areas Ö from sales and warehouses to purchasing, logistics, personnel and marketing to financial management Ö and provide effective and future-oriented IT support for all business processes. They control external service providers and partners, evaluate their services and ensure that IT projects are implemented efficiently and economically. You optimize the existing, heterogeneous IT landscape They take over budget planning for IT, analyze investments from an economic point of view and prepare fact-based decision-making templates for management.

They have a completed study of (economic) informatics, business management with IT focus or a comparable qualification. With your mix of IT expertise, business understanding and strategic vision, you will shape the company's digital future. They have several years of leadership in IT management and are used to align IT structures with efficiency, scalability and value creation. They understand themselves as an empathic leadership that inspires and motivates employees.
