You'll get to know the diverse tasks of a branch manager (m/w/d) and get an intensive introduction to the regional sales manager (m/w/d) Join a Regional Sales Manager (m/w/d), who will introduce you to all processes and tasks and accompanies you on your way to leadership You quickly take personnel responsibility and run your own district with several branches and teams You work closely with the branch managers Your goal is always to ensure the best possible sales with high satisfaction of customers and staff in your branches You are actively involved in the planning and opening of new branches
