Head of QMB (m/w/d) - Food

Our client is a successful family business in the confectionery industry with customers in nationwide trade and worldwide export. For this Hidden Champion we are looking for a Head of Quality Manager (m/w/d) in the course of a succession scheme.

Location: North Germany

Head of QMB: Responsibility for the development and implementation of QMS taking into account the legal requirements and internal standards. Quality and food safety standards: ensuring compliance with all quality standards and food requirements including Development and implementation of specific HACCP concepts for confectionery production Audit preparation and support: preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal audits and support for the annual certification audit. Documentation and quality reports: preparation and documentation of quality reports, reports and necessary documentation on the traceability of quality measures. Sampling and testing: Responsibility for carrying out sampling Correction measures: Analysis of deviations and development and implementation of corrective measures for continuous improvement of processes. Training and development: organisation and implementation of training for all employees in terms of quality requirements, food regulations and sustainability.

Successfully completed training as a specialist in food technology (m/w/d), quality management (m/w/d) or other experience from a food business relevant professional experience in QM/QS Knowledge in the field of IFS and food law high sense of responsibility and quality good communication capability and team play
