What awaits you:

• You represent the (flagship) store manager and support in all operational topics to ensure the proper and smooth operation of the respective branch.
• You support the training and training of employees, including coaching of sales processes and switching of sales techniques.
• You carry out sales activities in the branch.
• You support the development and implementation of measures to increase customer satisfaction and commercial achievement.
• You actively participate in the development and execution of sales-promoting (local) measures after coordination with the relevant interfaces.

• You actively use social media channels in the sense of the sales strategy.

What distinguishes you:

• A completed commercial or commercial vocational training. Mind. 2 years of professional experience in retail, telesales/telemarketing or customer operations, ideally in the TK industry
• Ideally first leadership experience
• Very good knowledge of telecommunication solutions
• Very good understanding of sales methods/ techniques
• Flowing German knowledge in word and writing (C1 to GER)
