What do you expect? You create and audit credit and collateral contracts and ensure a legally secure implementation of credit decisions. You are responsible for valuting and all related downstream activities. In addition to the standard financing, you are working on complex financing structures, in particular consortium, fund and building support financing. You are contact person*in for our market and market follow-up units on the above topics.

What are you doing? Training as a bank clerk / bank clerk or economic studies Safe handling of computer systems Multiannual experience in corporate and commercial real estate credit business Mind. 2-5 years of experience in contract creation, validation and security processing Special knowledge in the real estate sector as well as experience with complex forms of financing (consortial, construction or fund financing) The joy of decision, openness and fun at work, as well as the ability to think beyond the edge of the plate If you are a team player, it will complete your profile
