Senior System Engineer / Systems Engineer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

As an experienced system engineer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you play a central role in the development of complex technical systems. Its field of application ranges from pioneering driver assistance systems (ADAS), highly automated driving (AD), connectivity issues to cross-industrial projects. You act as a method-proof driver of system architectures, as a technical Sparring partner and as a designer in the system development process – with direct customer contact and corresponding responsibility. The focus is on the following activities: System architecture & model-based development: creation of functional, logical and physical system architectures using the RFLP approach, and modeling in SysML with tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler or IBM Rhapsody Methodological advice in the Engineering & technical project management system: Tailoring standards and industry standards in the direct customer context and taking technical responsibility into cross-domain or domain-specific projects, e.g. in the ADAS/AD field, as well as controlling technical workstreams Stakeholder & Interface Management: Moderation of coordination between customers, product owners, architects, project managers and specialist areas. Analysis and harmonisation of technical requirements across system boundaries

Requirements Engineering: Structured survey, analysis, documentation and management of complex system requirements according to IREB standards, as well as ensuring consistency across system, subsystem and component levels Further development & innovation: introduction of ideas for methodological and technological development of the system engineering in the company, as well as support in building internal competence networks Team support: Proactive participation and promotion of positive team dynamics Quotation & Expenses Estimate: Technical support for supply creation, as well as cost estimation and feasibility analysis What you bring: Academic background: Completed MINT study Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience in Systems Engineering, ideally in the automotive environment, familiar with ASPICE, ISO15288, ISO 26262 and ISO 21434, as well as understanding of complex mechatronic systems and E/E architectures Methods & Tool competency: Safe in MBSE approaches (Model-Based Systems Engineering) and RFLP methodology, experience with ALM tools such as DOORS, Codebeamer or Polarion, as well as familiar in the use of common modeling environments (e.g. Cameo, Rhapsody) Personal skills: Analytical, structured, convincing – with team spirit and clear communication at all levels Language knowledge: Very good German and English (C1)
