Responsibility for the financial implementation of various third-party funding projects Contact person for the project management and the various donors:inside Project facility in SAP Monitoring the budget and the proper use of resources Amounts and invoices, credit and debitory bookings, cash releases, production of evidence of use Examination and approval of personnel applications, investments, travel expenses (admissibility, cost accounting, budget balance, duration audit, cost control) Participation in the preparation of the annual accounts, audits of accounts and corrections Activities within the framework of projects and quality management Project controlling and reporting This position can also be occupied in parttime.
