The “Securities Custody Services” division is responsible for the further development of the services of the securities business for Client Solutions, Corporates and the Private Bank. Main objectives of the unit are the internalization and integration of back-office activities incl. Building a back office technology platform and harmonisation of providers in the field of securities deposit services to create a simplified, standardized target model and subsequent operational operation of the target model.

Position type: Full-time/Part-time Responsibility for operating cash management as part of the securities settlement (Settlement Cash Flows, Yields, FX, Corporate Actions etc.) Disposition and monitoring of cash positions on settlement accounts at international warehouses (e.g. Clearstream, Euroclear, domestic) Ensuring timely payment executions, compliance with deadlines and storage-specific requirements Coordination and control of currency conversions (FX) for settlement purposes Analysis, Optimization and Automation of Cash Management Processes and Workflows Communication via SWIFT message formats in cash context (e.g. MT103, MT202, MT540–549, MT900/910) Working in projects to implement and further develop cash management processes and systems Definition of requirements and technical support of the technical implementation of cash flow processes in securities settlement Coordination with internal departments (settlement, treasury, IT, compliance) and external partners (storage offices, banks)

Long-standing experience in cash management in the securities back office of a bank, KVG or depositor Funded knowledge in the field of securities settlement, in particular in terms of cash flows, cut-off times, FX and settlement cycles Very good understanding of processes and requirements of warehouses (including Clearstream, Euroclear, T2S) Know-how in the implementation and control of cash flows in settlement systems Knowledge of SWIFT message types in payment transactions and securities transactions (including MT103, MT202, MT540ff., MT900/910) Experience in project work (e.g. system migration, process digitization, T2/T2S connection, ISO 20022) Embossed Analytical Skills, Structured Operation, High Responsibility Secure handling of Excel, ideally SQL or payment/settlement systems
