Head of IT CC Engineering & Manufacturing (m/f/d)

You conduct the Engineering & Manufacturing department in the IT Application Corporate Unit in a disciplined manner and are responsible for the global Competence Center. Together with your national and international employees, you are responsible for the worldwide smooth operation of the relevant applications around the process areas Engineer to Order, Plan to Expect, Operate to Maintain and Manufacturing OT-IT. In addition, your team implements new business requirements in the application areas (e.g. SAP PP, SAP DM, SAP PM, SAP PS, SAP EPPM, SAP ECTR, CAD, CAE and numerous other add-ons and sidecars). As part of our digital transformation strategy, you actively support the further development of our global IT landscape (including S/4 HANA Transformation) and are responsible for future software evaluations. In your role, you have the resource and capacity management as well as the skills development for your area in mind and develop your employees accordingly. You also have the responsibility for your budget. In addition, you are responsible for external supplier and partner management to develop the best possible solutions for ElringKlinger.

You have successfully completed your studies and have several years of project experience as an SAP consultant:in and/or project manager:in and relevant management experience in the IT consulting or IT in-house environment. Experiences in the automotive environment support your application. You are characterised by a structured way of working, excellent communication skills and a high level of commitment for our internal customers and employees. We would like to see an entrepreneurial thinking leadership with a modern leadership style and a conceptual mindset in solution finding as well as pragmatism in solution implementation. We require very good knowledge of German and English as well as the readiness for occasional service trips.
