In the function of the BIM Manager (m/w/d), you take over the BIM project management and control for BIM in the campus development “IPAI Campus, Heilbronn” in all planning and execution phases You plan, engage and develop the BIM processing plan (BAP) and ensure its consistent implementation You enter the Issue Management System (e.g. BIMcollab Zoom) and ensure a structured tracking of tasks and conflicts You are responsible for the administration and care of ACC Docs and for the support of the introduction of a uniform CDE solution You actively drive the BIM methodology both in the IPAI project and within our department You are responsible for coordinating the BIM project participants and model-based cooperation You are driving the continuous development of the internal BIM competence, standards, tools, methods and procedures You are responsible for coordinating and expanding BIM quality management

You have a successfully completed degree in architecture, construction management, civil engineering and economic engineering or a comparable qualification You bring multi-year experience in the handling of BIM projects in the roles BIM management, BIM (total) coordination or project management with You are characterized by safe knowledge in the field of BIM processes and BIM methodology, ideally you will also bring experience in BIM consulting You have expertise in BIM tools You have experience with CDE systems and their implementation You draw in interdisciplinary thinking and collaborations and show enthusiasm for innovative, pioneering planning and construction methods You see entrepreneurial thinking and acting, a high service and cost awareness as a matter of course You are passionate about innovation, automation, AI, and the digital transformation and you want to participate in a major project in the heart of Heilbronn JOBV1_EN
