We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the field of customer service: Product Manager - terminating to 24 months (m/w/d) Market communication: You monitor the electronic data exchange in the formats EDIFACT, XML as well as at IDoc level, analyze errors and fix them.

Explaining cases: You process clarifications in various energy-economic processes (e.g. master data build after delivery start & EoG, incoming master data changes, universal ordering process) and use the findings obtained to identify fault potentials, derive optimizations and develop processes sustainably.

EDM: In addition, you are responsible for the active acquisition of measured values and request missing load cycle data or complain unplausible measured values.
