With your 4-person SAP Consultants team, you act as an agile project manager and provide greater efficiency with know-how and communication strength. Your team acts as an interface between IT service providers and specialist departments and contributes significantly to company success. Leadership and further development of the SAP team including professional, organisational and disciplinary responsibility Central interface to the departments for continuous optimization and standardization of SAP-based business processes Translation of technical requirements into technical concepts and control of internal and external development capacities Overall responsibility for budget, planning, prioritization and implementation of the SAP project portfolio in close cooperation with the business areas Strategic control of demand management with focus on an S/4HANA module and coordination of external partners in the project and support environment

A successfully completed study or vocational training, e.g. with the focus on IT or a comparable qualification You bring at least experience in the project management and trust to be disciplinary in the cooperative leadership style Very good knowledge of SAP modules (PP; MM; SD; FI/CO) and a strong understanding of business processes Embossed communication and communication strength combined with high customer and solution orientation Hands-on mentality with structured, analytical work and openness to new digital topics and the ability to take and convince stakeholders
