The roles focuses on our industrial portfolio (power management systems) in transportation and power generation. .

Strategic Sales Planning: Develops and executes customer strategies that align customer needs with internal business objectives. Client Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strategic customer relationships while maintaining price, margin, and growth targets. Prepares customer gameboards and heatmaps. Market Analysis: Provides revenue forecasts for Profit Plan, LRP, and quarterly cycles, and derives actions based on market intelligence. Sales Management & Execution: Develops negotiation strategies for new and renewal contracts in close collaboration with Contract Operations. Performance Monitoring: Analyzes sales performance, identify areas, and leads account reviews covering relationships, scorecards, forecast, margin, and business risks.

Academic degree in business or technical studies Min. 3-5 years of professional experience in a commercial role in Power Generation / Transportation Solid technical understanding of large industrial engines Solid knowledge of commercial principles (cost, pricing, volume discounts, payment) combined with proven negotiation skills Excellent independent judgement, decision making and problem-solving skill Excellent German and English communication skills Commitment to travel
