Implementation of an active carrier management (handling, purchasing) Disposition of own fleet and an entrepreneurship park Ensuring optimal utilisation of the transport modes (tour optimization, empty-km reduction, utilisation of your own fleet) Development, development and optimization of national LTL/FTL transports Regular communication with customers and carriers Compliance with operational processes (day accounts, business accounting) compliance with statutory steering and rest periods, as well as hazardous goods regulations

Closed commercial training, ideally as a merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services or more years of professional experience in truck disposition Knowledge of transport law (ADSp, HGB, CMR) Knowledge of MS Office applications and experience in handling a Transport Management System Motivation, communication and enforcement strength, resilience and negotiation skills Team skills Basic knowledge of customs / customs clearance High problem-solving competence, entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as independent, quality- and cost-conscious working methods Good English skills in word and writing (further language skills of advantage)
