From now on and indefinitely we are looking for you as Team Management Infrastructure & Operations (all genders) in Hamburg-Altona. In the role you are responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Carl Kühne Group's IT infrastructure landscape. The focus is on the design of efficient, safer and future-oriented IT architectures as well as the stable operation of all infrastructure and platform services – both locally and internationally. The role combines expertise, project responsibility and leadership with the aim of ensuring a modern, business-oriented IT operation and enabling digital transformation.

Your daily business consists of strategic, conceptual and operational support for management, including strategic issues You work very closely and trustfully with our CEO You participate in advisory meetings, shareholder meetings and other internal/external communication forums and prepare them before and after Proactively bring you and your ideas You lead and develop a multi-site team of IT specialists – in Hamburg and our works You continuously shape and modernise our IT system architectures, IT processes and the powerful IT service portfolio in line with the IT and digitization strategy You are responsible for the further development of our hybrid IT infrastructure as part of the digital strategy You ensure the stable, secure and scalable operation of our IT infrastructure – both locally and internationally You plan and guide technical IT projects with budget responsibility You tax external service providers and our helpdesk You integrate modern cloud services (especially Microsoft Azure) and develop our Microsoft environment You advise internal stakeholders on technological issues and IT roadmaps You are essential part of our IT security strategy incl. NIS2 in various projects and selects the project management You collect management information and prepare it for publication in the company, e.g. presentations for business meetings, annual meetings With Competence & Know-how, you start sales & margin analyses and research on various topics

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification You bring multi-year professional experience in IT infrastructure management – ideally in an international environment You have knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure), Microsoft environments, networks, IT security and ITSM (e.g. ITIL) You have experience in project management (classical and agile) and in controlling external partners You are a modern leader with an inclusive leadership style and team spirit, a joy of innovation and a hands-on mentality You can communicate safely in German and English – also in international projects
