Advise and supervise trainers and students in all individual, educational and labour law issues recruiting trainees, dual students and interns for the group of companies in close coordination with the departments Advising executives and employees on personnel development topics Coordinating and accompanying training and training programs as well as moderating exchange formats and workshops further develop existing and conceptualisation and implement new personnel development instruments

Professional experience in personnel development, ideally experience in the care of trainees or as HR Business Partner (m/w/d) or Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Studies in the field of economic, social or legal sciences, psychology with a focus on personnel or comparable knowledge Knowledge of working and vocational training law Target group-oriented communication skills and high consulting skills Quick conception and a structured, independent working style
