For our two housing and assistance offers in Hamburg Barmbek Nord (Rungestraße & Schlechtinghöhe) we are looking for a / ambulant (SGB IX & XI) Working environment LeNa – Living neighborhood stands for a quarterly residential and support concept that allows people with disabilities to live a self-determined life in their own home and in a familiar environment. People of different origin and with diverse needs live here in a living neighborhood. In our housing and assistance offerings in Rungestraße and Faulinghöhe, we currently support 16 people per site with assistance needs in the context of integration aid and basic care. The residents have deliberately decided to live in their own four walls and in an active urban environment. People of all ages are well integrated into urban life – culture and neighbourhood are immediately experienceable. The daily work of the respective team on site includes nursing, educational accompanying and household activities. Our teams are diverse, committed and working with heart and conviction. Integrated economic, nursing, educational, organizational and conceptual management of two housing and assistance offers Strategic further development of the offers of integrated assistance (SGB IX & XI), participation, inclusion and social space orientation Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of the employees of the organizational unit Close, trusting cooperation with management colleagues, specialist services and administration responsibility for quality assurance and development; in particular in the field of basic care Cooperative cooperation with parents, relatives and legal advisors as part of a reliable network

A completed study from the field of care management, health and social management, social education or social work As an alternative, a completed nursing/pedagogical training, qualified according to the Hamburgische Wohn- und Pflegequalifications Act – HmbWBG, to lead a housing facility (sensingle management) At least a completed training as a nursing specialist, healing nurse*in with relevant or long-term professional experience in integration aid / in housing and assistance offers Embossed organizational and conceptual skills for structuring, controlling and developing complex systems Experience in working with people with cognitive, physical and/or mental impairments Flexibility and intercultural competence and openness for innovative work approaches Cooperative, value-assurance management and leadership competencies inside and outside Safe handling of administrative, budget and reporting as well as knowledge of governmental and institutional structures
