For our two housing and assistance offers in Hamburg Barmbek Nord (Rungestraße & Schlechtinghöhe) we are looking for a / ambulant (SGB IX & XI) Working environment LeNa – Living neighborhood stands for a quarterly residential and support concept that allows people with disabilities to live a self-determined life in their own home and in a familiar environment. People of different origin and with diverse needs live here in a living neighborhood. In our housing and assistance offerings in Rungestraße and Faulinghöhe, we currently support 16 people per site with assistance needs in the context of integration aid and basic care. The residents have deliberately decided to live in their own four walls and in an active urban environment. People of all ages are well integrated into urban life – culture and neighbourhood are immediately experienceable. The daily work of the respective team on site includes nursing, educational accompanying and household activities. Our teams are diverse, committed and working with heart and conviction.
