You are waiting for an ambitious and pragmatic production management personality (m/w/d), equipped with dynamics, strategic thinking and the will to initiate and implement changes, and to promote digitalization and automation. In the departmental responsibility of the large manufacturing division, you are responsible for a team of 95 employees as well as the control and optimization of the processes Essentially, you are responsible for ensuring the quality, time and cost-appropriate production order fulfillment with your team, acting bindingly and controlling the production via an adequate metric system Through Shopfloor Management and CVP, you conduct continuous analyses and evaluations of the operational performance data and derive action options You are key drivers of capacity planning processes in coordination with sales and other manufacturing departments Together with your team, you will have the vision to professionalize and develop the area of responsibility, including using modern technologies In the digital age, you observe technical innovations on the market and evaluate them in a targeted way for implementation in your own sphere of responsibility Optimization and standardization of production and technologies and processes to ensure productivity and quality

Graduate degree Engineering Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technicians, or Comparative Qualification Practical guide personality with vision and pragmatic principles Multiannual professional experience, like special / mechanical engineering Digital and automation competence, professional handling of ERP systems Practical experience with KPIs and shopfloor management English knowledge of advantage
