Commercial Employee Customer Service Seeds full-time (40h), permanent (m/f/d)

In this position you are a central link between our customers, sales and logistics. You ensure that our customers feel well looked after and processes run smoothly. · Offers & Orders: You create precise offers, collect customer orders and ensure proper handling. · Date and quality: You keep in mind delivery dates and ensure that everything is executed on time and in the best quality. · Customer support: You answer customer requests by phone and in writing and find solution-oriented answers – friendly, sovereign, competent. · Advertising management: At complaints, you react professionally and find fast, fair solutions. · Team-oriented work: You work closely with the sales service as well as warehouses, disposition and shipping. · Data management: You will review articles and sales databases so that we can work with reliable data at any time. · Sales support: You prepare sales lists and introduce themselves to various sales projects.

· Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification · Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel · Experience in order processing · Joy in dealing with numbers and good analytical understanding · Communication strength, team spirit and a friendly appearance · Strong customer and target orientation · Reliability and strong sense of responsibility · Flowing German and English knowledge in word and writing · Quick conception and a cool head
