Head of Finance and Procurement with a specialist and disciplinary role for currently 13 employees Professional-operative responsibility for proper accounting Compilation of quarterly and annual accounts by HGB and the Land of Hssen (KHB) Contact person for questions of the auditor during the audit of the financial statements, as well as internal / external audit bodies, e.g. internal audit, tax audits, etc. Creation of tax returns (e.g. turnover tax, corporation tax, commercial tax, capital income tax, possibly other tax types) Responsibility for an economic and legal purchasing management Compilation of evaluations, reports and decision-making templates for department and university management

You have a completed academic degree (Master or equivalent) preferably in the field of Business Administration with a focus on accounting, auditing and/or tax law You have experience in personnel management with at least two years of experience in the management of employees, acquired in a management function or in a deputy management function with actual personnel management response You have deeper knowledge of commercial accounting. In addition, good characteristics in budgetary law are of advantage. You have good knowledge of tax law in public law bodies You have comprehensive knowledge and experience in an ERP system, preferably in SAP or S/4Hana You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility and a high degree of decision-making You possess the ability to work independently and have a high load capacity
