Manager (m/w/d)

Establishment and commissioning of AMADEUS Altea GUI for new Condor stations and cooperation with providers such as SITA, RESA, ARINC, AIR-IT, AMADEUS, Travelsky, TAV and AeroCloud. Installation and configuration of network and provider connections (IPVPN, EX-IP, VPN, AVINET) and installation of AMADEUS Native to Non-CUTE Airports incl. Release Management, Troubleshooting and Escalation Management. Installation and commissioning of the Self Bag Drop Off systems at international airports. Use of the AMADEUS Customer Service Point (Change Requests, Workorders, Problem Reporting), Process Optimization, Documentation and Internal and External Process Coordination. Contract negotiations with external providers and cooperation in the development and administration of framework agreements. Central responsibility for billing control and clearance as well as first contact person for technical issues in the area of Airport-IT. Development and implementation of technical and strategic IT concepts, including consolidation of hardware and software resources and commissioning of ALTEA updates in Citrix environments.
