Determining and reviewing the basis of assessment for wastewater contributions in accordance with the provisions of the urban dewatering system with the determination of the material and legal conditions Detection of contributors and determination of the contribution level and preparation of the notifications Implementation of the complete administrative procedure until the remedial examination Consultation of contributors and application processing (e.g. Participation in the definition of principles of contribution collection and further development of urban drainage schemes

Competence for the up-to-date general administrative service or university degree (Bachelor) in the field of public administration or a comparable subject or degree as Administrative specialist:in or completed administrative training with many years of relevant professional experience Driving licence Class B and health suitability for the performance of service vehicles good knowledge of municipal tax law, administrative law and administrative procedures pronounced service and customer orientation Experience in dealing with citizens: inside or outside high level of responsibility and commitment strong communication skills, negotiation skills and enforcement skills independent, structured, effective and result-oriented mode of operation good oral and written expressability Ability to develop creative solutions and team skills good IT skills (MS-Office programs, SAP, GIS systems) Ready for regular training intercultural competence
