Consultant Managing Director (m/f/d)

You want to help business instead of just analyse? Then work directly with our Managing Director and Energiewendepionier Matthias Willbacher on strategy, investments and central projects. Business support You set up your own decision-making templates, analyses and briefings for the managing director, who are directly involved in strategic decisions You actively develop existing and new business areas You analyze markets, competition and economics, and then guide well-founded action recommendations and business plans You identify and evaluate investment and development opportunities You accompany and conduct active participations and strategic partnerships Operational and organisational support You prepare appointments, meetings, company tours and workshops structured before and after and soar for clear results You first write reports, decision templates, presentations and status reports You tax special projects of management and keeps track of progress, quality and deadlines You take on (partial) projects and drive them forward consistently You coordinate the cooperation between management, internal teams and external partners Ensure structured and efficient information and tasks management

In this role, you combine entrepreneurial thinking with analytical strength and implementation orientation. You are structuring complex topics, preparing informed decisions and driving projects across different areas. Professional qualifications You have successfully completed your studies, e.g. in the fields of economics / economic engineering / BWL, real estate management, renewable energies, agriculture, law or comparable You understand economic relationships, figures and entrepreneurial decisions safely and in the overall picture You work routined with Excel, PowerPoint and modern digital tools and deploy AI applications in a targeted and secure way to deepen analysis and make processes more efficient You bring relevant professional experience, e.g. in the fields of assistance / unit of management, business development, project management, consulting or venture / participation environment Personal competencies You analyze complex issues quickly and develop structured, resilient solutions You think entrepreneurial and take responsibility in a dynamic environment You are interested in the topics of renewable energies, real estate and agriculture and want to actively shape them. You work independently, structured and with a high level of implementation You communicate clearly and convincingly and move safely in negotiation situations Confidentiality, loyalty and reliability are an integral part of your action
