Hamburg is the representative of the interests of families with disabled persons and one of the largest over-confessional providers of disability assistance in Hamburg. With our modern specialist concepts, we support clients to find their own way and go. The equal participation of all people in our city is our goal.

We support families with children and young people with disabilities who are in difficult situations of life and/or crises. Social pedagogical professionals help to cope with everyday life through regular home visits and consultations.

The body includes the direct support of families with complex problems as part of the assistance for education (Social Pedagogical Family Assistance for Education according to §§27 following SGB VIII) You are responsible for the support planning and the review and implementation of the target achievement and its regular adaptation and documentation. You carry out the reporting and communication to cost providers and participate in support plan and specialist discussions and/or overall plan conferences You can also manage budgets and performance accounting You work cooperatively with the families and legal representatives as well as with external partners The participation of networks and bodies makes the fun

You have a degree as a social education/in or comparable qualification and like additional qualifications such as “systemic advice” You have experience and competence in social pedagogical work with families as well as in the help for education. §§27 following SGB VIII You know the integration aid You have experience in the guidance and advice of employees You bring conversation management skills to identify needs and to difficult discussions with Good expressiveness, in particular in written and oral communication in the context of reporting and aid planning, are the key to you Good social and administrative knowledge is, of course, just as much as a Good (self-) organisational competence and reflectivity as well as social competence and team capacity Good computer skills, in particular user knowledge in MS Office, we require
