You have completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Mathematics or a comparable course in this field You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a software developer/developer (m/w/d) and have practice in implementing complex software projects You bring very good knowledge of Python development with (C++ knowledge advantageous) You have a profound and broad knowledge in machine learning and practical experience with ML models and algorithms (Supervised/Unsupervised Learning and Deep Learning) You know yourself in Computer Vision or want to deepen yourself in this area and bring a good understanding of multimodal approaches (text + image) with Ideally, you know yourself with OCR, document processing or layout analysis You can solve complex technical issues structuredly and integrate production-ready You are motivated, structured, and brings things to an end – you take ownership and deliver reliably You are a team player and communicate open, clear and solution-oriented You have very good German and English skills
