Head of Legal Affairs - Energy Economics and Financial Market (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the legal advice of the management as well as all the business areas of the Stadtwerke München Group with a focus on energy law (in particular distribution, network and production in the electricity, gas, district heating and water as well as energy trading) and also advise on selected issues of competition, IP, telecommunications and financial law. You report directly to the General Counsel, run one of the three areas assigned to it and run a team of five full lawyers professionally and disciplinaryly. You advise management and management on legal, economic and strategic issues. You design complex projects, transactions and contractual relations legally, strategically and economically, accompany their implementation and assume a responsible role in important group-wide projects and change projects. You negotiate with high-level external business partners, authorities and consultants and develop practical legal guidelines and standards for the implementation of business objectives. You are full lawyers with two predicatesexamina and have several years of relevant professional experience in an economic law firm and/or the legal department of a larger company in the energy industry. You have a sound knowledge of energy law and can safely analyze, evaluate and solve complex legal issues.
