Team Leader Accounting (m/f/d)

As a team leader (m/w/d) Accounting, you are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of 5 employees as well as the proper, timely and regular preparation of the accounts according to HGB and IFRS. The aim is to ensure high quality, transparency and reliability of financial reporting as well as the continuous development of accounting, taking into account legal, regulatory and intra-group requirements. In the position, you act as a central commercial response function for internal departments. Compilation of quarterly and annual accounts With your team, you will ensure the timely quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB (taking into account the EnWG) and IFRS. You will note corporate policies, accounting policies and regulatory requirements for the approach, assessment and identification of assets and debt. Accounting and Accounting Own responsibility, you develop accounting, accounting and accounting requirements and ensure the correct application of the corporate accounting policies. In close cooperation with controlling, regulation and revision, you will clarify accounting issues. Ad hoc evaluations and decision support You create special evaluations and ad hoc analyses. You support the preparation of business decisions from accounting and regulatory perspectives. External exams and contact function The supervision and coordination of external auditors according to HGB and IFRS is your responsibility. At the same time, you are the interface to the group. As a central interface to auditors, regulatory audit bodies and authorities, you coordinate audit-relevant documents, accompany audits and answer technical questions.

You have a completed business studies with a focus on accounting / accounting or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in accounting / accounting, ideally in the group environment. You have very good knowledge of HGB and IFRS. The cooperation with auditors is nothing new for you. Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP FI) and MS Excel. Knowledge of regulatory requirements is desirable.
