They operate, maintain and set up the technical building equipment (TGA) and construction equipment within the framework of normal maintenance. They plan and conduct inspections and audits according to legal requirements and guidelines. They are responsible for the safe operation of the electrical equipment. They coordinate and monitor external service providers and craftsmen. You create and maintain maintenance and inspection plans. They carry out energy management measures to increase energy efficiency. They ensure compliance with safety, environmental and health rules. They plan and control the budget for the cared for properties. They document maintenance and maintenance work. They train and instruct technical and administrative personnel in electrical safety regulations.

Complete training as an electrical engineering master, state-tested technician electrical engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in facility management, ideally in a similar function Additional qualification for responsible electrical power (VEFK) according to DIN VDE 1000-10Funded knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in the field of electrical engineering (DGUV Specification 3, DIN VDE 0100, etc.) Experience in coordinating and monitoring external service providers Good organizational skills and a structured way of working High problem solving and decision-making competence Communication and team skills Safe handling of MS Office and facility management software readiness for occasional travel
