We also operate hospitals and housing and care facilities The Malteser Volunteer Services (voluntary Social Year / Federal Volunteer Service) are now looking for full-time or part-time support for their educational team as a parental leave until September 2026 in the Malteser Centrale in Cologne. Planning and implementation of educational seminars for predominantly young adults Advising the volunteers and the jobs Conceptual cooperation in projects for the further development of volunteer services Implementation of the associated office and administrative tasks

Completed educational or social education Experience in living and participant-oriented thematic work with groups Experience in the design and control of group processes Methodology The ability to work both in the team and independently Communication skills, motivation and organizational talent Ready for nationwide missions
