Kfz-Meister als Filialleiter (m/w/d)

These are your tasks: • They are responsible for the professional and economic management of the branch. • Reliablely ensure the quality of all workshop services. • The safe handling of diagnostic and service equipment is for you daily business. • Mondays and repairs run routiniert at all common vehicle types. • Friendly and dedicated advise customers and conduct sales talks. • Securely manage office tasks from accounting to personnel deployment planning.

Take this with you: • You have successfully completed your Kfz master exam. • First leadership experience in a similar position you have already collected in the ideal case. • You are looking forward to building and leading a 3-person team. • You understand your profession as a vocation: cars are your passion. • You will not only be appreciated on the basis of your professional competence – also in dialogue you will convince the customer. • Service expertise is not a keyword for you but of course.
